Costco, Sam’s Club & BJ’s: Warehouse Club Retail POP & POS Displays
We’ve created many displays for brand managers of Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG), for Costco, Sam’s Club and BJ’s. Our clients include Khombu boots, Wells Lamont gloves and Cole Haan socks, just to name a few.
Last year, we shipped over 40,000 pallet displays to Costco alone.
Your Product Pitch
For brand managers selling into warehouse clubs for the first time, we can help you make a successful product pitch– wowing buyers with your product is not enough. You also need to give them confidence that you can get your products and displays to them on-time as well as to adhere to all of their other packaging requirements and pallet display requirements, from size and weight to setup.
Design & Creation
Our ability to create innovative displays help to make product tests successful. This includes our design skills but also our ability to use cost-effective materials and to design for minimum shipping costs by reducing weight and air space.
Taking the Pain out of Your Supply Chain
Whether producing product, packaging and displays domestically, internationally or both, we will work with your suppliers so you never miss a deadline or fall short of other retailer requirements.
Two Examples
With Khombu boots, we achieved over a 90% sell-through rate. We designed the packaging and layout for the pallet displays and coordinated with multiple customer factories in China. We’ve worked with this client for over six years and have never had a manufacturing quality issue related to packaging or pallet displays. Our client put it best: “I could have my factories run all this, but I want to be able to sleep at night and TPH allows me to do that.” Chinese manufacturers are good at manufacturing products, not ensuring quality and attention to detail for packaging and pallet displays as we noted here.
For Wells Lamont, we created Costco pallet displays that included three-pack glove blister card packaging that we designed and produced. These blister cards allow the gloves to stand up straight in the trays so they can stack in the pallet display.
